Texa is a small team of engineers and designers in Lagos. People depend on our software to get paid and to serve their customers, so we work carefully and we answer for what we ship.
You finish things
Shipped work matters more to us than titles or degrees. Show us something you built and still stand behind.
You care about the details
The error message, the slow screen, the edge case at the end of the month. That is where trust is won.
You write clearly
Most of our work happens in writing. Plain sentences, in English or French, make a team fast.
You own what you build
We run what we ship. When something breaks, the people who built it help fix it.
- 01
Write to us
Send a short note and links to work you are proud of. No cover letter needed.
- 02
A conversation
An hour with the people you would work with, about your work and ours.
- 03
A practical exercise
A small piece of real work, scoped to a few hours, that we discuss together.
- 04
A clear answer
Yes or no, with reasons. We do not leave people waiting.
No roles are listed right now. We still read every message. Send us your work and tell us what you would like to build.
