Goshen Nigeria Limited develops, markets and manages residential estates across Delta State. We built Goshen Haven OS, the system that runs every sale from first payment to contract, and the public website it powers.

Sales, payments, commissions and documents were kept on paper. Every plot sold meant receipts, letters and contracts prepared by hand, and realtors waiting to learn what they had earned.
- Payments on instalment plans were tracked by hand.
- Receipts, allocation letters and contracts were typed one by one.
- Realtors could not see their commission when a payment came in.

One system, digital from day one. Each estate is set up with its costs and fees; buyers pay outright or over three or six months; Finance confirms each payment; and the right documents are issued automatically at each stage. The same system serves the public website, which the team edits from its dashboard.
