A company that pays thousands of realtors lives on trust in the commission. Worked out by hand across branches and departments, commission was slow to pay and hard to check, and management had no single view of sales, people and money.

  • Realtors could not see what they had earned, or why.
  • Each branch and department kept its own records.
  • Approvals moved on paper and by phone.

One platform, from the realtor’s phone to the back office. Every commission is created from a confirmed payment and tracked from earned to approved to paid. Underneath, HR, finance, procurement and customer service share one approval engine, and each person sees only what their role and branch allow.
