For SHAWD LTD, we built Shout: an app that connects people in Nigerian cities with verified artisans nearby. Post a job by voice or text, see who is interested, choose one.

01
Finding a plumber, an electrician or a tutor usually means asking around and hoping. You do not know who is close, who is free, or who can be trusted with your address.
- No quick way to reach several nearby providers at once.
- Little way to know who is verified or well rated.
- Your address goes to strangers before you have chosen anyone.
02
A job goes out to verified providers nearby, in widening circles, until someone answers. Interested providers tap once; the customer compares them and chooses. Only the chosen provider ever sees the address, and both sides rate each other afterwards.
- 01
Ask by voice or text
Describe the job in English or Pidgin, by voice note or by typing, and the app turns it into a clear request.
- 02
Nearby, in widening circles
The request reaches the closest providers first, then spreads out until someone is interested.
- 03
Verified providers
Providers verify their identity with their national ID number (NIN).
- 04
Your address stays private
Only the provider you choose sees where you are.
- 05
Ratings both ways
Customers and providers rate each other, and repeated problems lead to suspension.
- 06
One account, two roles
The same account can ask for help or offer it, with a wallet and a public profile for providers.
